The YUVA Association has become part of the Adım Adım civil society organization by June 2017. Adım Adım, creates awareness for NGO projects through sports such as running, swimming, cycling and mountain climbing, in that matter promotes and supports them to gather funds.
Last month YUVA also became a member of Açık Açık, which brings together the associations and foundations that support the rights of the donators, which also is offering voluntary support to the Adım Adım’s digital platform IPK (Charity Run) in the name of selecting the NGOs. IPK works as a web platform where volunteers who want to run for NGOs that are supported by Adım Adım, can search for projects that excite them, can create campaigns, track the amount and number of donations made.
YUVA’s first race with Adım Adım – which is established to describe, teach and extend the concept of “Charity Run” – will be held on November 12th, 2017 at 39th Vodafone Istanbul Marathon.
