As part of the “Environmental and Ocean Literacy Project in the Black Sea Basin” we are implementing under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Program, we conducted an Environmental and Ocean Literacy Training on October 13 in Kırklareli, in collaboration with the Return to Nature Association, with the participation of 28 young people.
Throughout the interactive training, which consisted of five sessions, the young people had the opportunity to learn about the rich biological diversity of the Black Sea and acquire new concepts related to environmental and ocean literacy.
At the end of the training, the young people worked on project ideas to contribute to solutions for problems such as plastic pollution, climate change, and overfishing.
