Within the framework of the“Environmental and Ocean Literacy (EOL) Project in the Black Sea Basin“ supported by the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme,“Environmental and Marine Literacy Training ” was organised for the staff of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
Representatives of Environmental Protection and Control Branch Directorate, Police Department, Waste Management Branch Directorate, Climate Change Branch Directorate and Marine Services Branch Directorate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality participated in the training programme. The training programme, which was attended by a total of 21 personnel, aimed to raise awareness on the environment and marine ecosystems and to contribute to sustainable environmental management.
