Ümraniye Children and Youth Center has opened on March 10th with great interest from the local community, NGO’s and press.
Through the event children attended the class activities and registered for to benefit from the Center’s services.
With the support of UNHCR, IMC and Open Society Foundation, starting from January, the Center aims to reach to 1300 children and youth directly untill 2017. The Center focuses mainly on supporting the education of refugee and local children and youth in addition to creating social cohesion between two communities.
